Iran introduced a new powerful missile defense system

Amidst the ongoing tension in the Middle East, Iran has prepared a new type of tool to counter any type of air and missile attack by the enemy. The country's missile defense system is designed to detect even the latest US stealth fighter jets and destroy them at long range. This tool is called Bavar-373.

It is known that this Bava missile defense system made with advanced technology was received by Iran in 2019 to stop any attack of the enemy.

According to military experts, the performance of this powerful air defense system is no less than America's Patriot missile system or Russia's S-300 missile system.

This time, Tehran has made this air defense system more advanced and perfect.  The Iranian Defense Forces unveiled the new version of the Bavar during the last April 17 exercise. Iran claims the new version of Bavar is capable of hitting any enemy aircraft or missile at a distance of 186 miles. Iranian officials have even claimed that the US Air Force's F-35 and F-22 stealth fighters could detect and shoot down the Baver-373.

Notably, US stealth fighters are virtually 'invisible'. Not detected by enemy radar. As a result fighter jets are very difficult to avoid hitting. According to experts, Iran has strengthened the Bava air defense system to counter this sophisticated American warplane.

Incidentally, the Hamas-Israeli counter-attack has heightened the fear of a major conflict in the Middle East. For the first time, the Iranian missile hit the Israeli territory. Amid Iran-Israel tensions, fears of war spreading to the region are intensifying. A weapon like the Baver-373 could be a game changer for Iran in the event of a major Iran-Israel conflict.
