On the occasion of 50 years of independence, a war exercise can be conducted in the country. Where every administrative structure of the state must be included. Here the participation of the three organs of the state - Judiciary, Executive, Legal Department will be very important. Besides, the participation of elected members from all political parties will create justification in the exercise.
In addition to involving all the forces of the state, selected people from all professions of the people need to participate in this exercise. Practically such exercises should be organized in the state at least every 10 years. As if at the last moment a township could show enough merit.
